Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you aren’t, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Please contact our customer service team at info@diamondlifecollective.com with your order number and the reason for your return/exchange.
  2. We’ll provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 4-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item2 shipped, damaged item).
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We meticulously inspect all items before shipping, but sometimes issues can occur during transit. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Please contact us immediately (within 14 days of delivery) at info@diamondlifecollective.com.
  2. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
  3. We’ll assess the issue and provide you with a resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit, along with instructions on how to return the item if necessary. We’ll cover the shipping costs for returning damaged or incorrect items.
